As a valued guest with Roomzzz Aparthotel, you're entitled to membership of our Royalty Club. Joining is easy, and once you become a member you'll soon start enjoying a range of benefits. Here's how it works:

There's very little ceremony involved. Simply start by filling out our registration form

We take care of the rest. You will receive your card before the official launch on 1st May and can start using your card from then.

Using your Card

Simply book online with your personal login using the email address and membership number, or book over the phone and quote the membership number on your Royalty Club card.

Any discount you're entitled to will automatically be subtracted from your booking.

When you check-in, we'll ask you to show us your card in order to validate your discount.

Terms and Conditions
1. Members must be over the age of 18 and a UK resident. 2. If you lose your membership card, email royalty@roomzzz.co.uk to request a new one. 3. When making telephone bookings you will be asked to quote your Royalty Club membership number to make sure you are eligible for discount. 4. You will be required to present your Royalty Club card and membership number when you check-in. 5. Membership benefits apply to all room types for the Best Available Rate only, subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or rate. Applicable only for direct bookings with Roomzzz Aparthotel. 6. Your membership shall be void If no bookings were made in any rolling 12 month period. Members will not be entitled to benefits or accrue room nights after the termination date. 7. There are no cash alternatives to the benefits. 8. The membership card is not a credit card, cheque guarantee or payment card of any kind and remains the property of Roomzzz Aparthotel. 9. By providing your postal and email addresses you agree to receive regular communications such as newsletters, offers and information that may be of interest to you. 10. Membership benefits are subject to change without prior notice. Wherever possible, members will be kept updated on all such modifications. 11. Please allow 2 working days from the date we receive your application for processing your application. Only full completed applications will be processed. 12. Any information will be held in accordance with UK Data Protection law.
