
1. What are my options to make a booking?
You can make your reservation online or by phone on 0113 2330400, Guests can also reserve by e mail on reservations@roomzzz.co.uk or by fax on 0113 233 0401. You will need a credit card to guarantee your booking.
2. Do I pay when I make a booking online?
No, we only take card details to guarantee a reservation and payments are made on arrival or departure. (terms with other websites may vary)
3. How far is Roomzzz from the train station?
Roomzzz is approximately 1.5 miles from the Leeds train station. It takes about 20 min by walk or a 5 minute taxi journey.
4. How much does it cost by taxi from the train station to Roomzzz?
Taxi fares vary however they average under £4 for a journey from the train station to Roomzzz Central
5. What bus services run from Roomzzz to the city center?
Bus service numbers 49/50/50A/18 and 18A run regularly from the bus stop opposite Leeds Town Hall.
6. How close is the city centre from Roomzzz?
The city centre is a 10 minute walk from Roomzzz Central
7. Do I need to carry my hotel confirmation?
We suggest you at least have the confirmation/reference number handy on arrival.
8. Can you pay by cash?
Yes, you can pay by cash provided you have a credit card (VISA / MASTER CARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS) for a Pre Authorisation on arrival.
9. What are the modes of payment you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and travellers cheques payable in GBP. We do not accept personal cheques.
10. Is there a Hair Dryer in the Room?
Hairdryers are available from reception on request.
11. Do you have twin rooms?
All Apartments at Roomzzz have a double or a King Size bed only.
12. Do you have smoking rooms?
No, all our apartments are non-smoking and there is a £100 charge for rooms that are smoked into.
13. What are free local and national calls?
Calls to landline numbers within the UK are free. Free calls also include free-phone numbers. All other calls are chargeable.
14. Do you have wireless internet?
We have a free wired broadband connection in all the apartments.
15. Are there business centre facilities at Roomzzz?
We do not have a dedicated business centre however; the 24 hour reception can cater to most requirements such as fax, photocopying, printing and mailing.
16. Is there a room service facility at Roomzzz?
Roomzzzz is a serviced apartment and is furnished with a complete integrated kitchen. If you need food to be delivered we offer a range of local take away menus, available at reception.
17. How often do I pay if I stay for longer than a week?
Guests staying for a longer duration are charge every Friday.
18. Can we bring pets?
Yes, we do allow pets at an additional charge of £10. Guide dogs will not be charged for.
19. Is the reception available 24 hours?
Yes the reception is open 24 hours and is always at your service.
20. What time can we check in until?
You can check – in at your convenience even if it is around midnight as we have a 24 hour reception.
21. Is there a iron and an ironing board in the apartments?
Yes, there is an iron and an ironing board in all the apartments.
22. What time is check in and check out?
Check in starts from 3 PM onwards, check out is at 11 AM.
23. Can we watch a movie in the room?
Yes, we have wide a selection of blockbusters on out in room pay movie service.
24. Can we arrange a late check out?
Yes, late checkouts are available on request and subject to availability. There is a charge of £10 up to a latest 2PM checkout.
