Q. How do I book?

A. Our Central reservations team is available Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 10am-4pm and Sunday & bank holidays 10am - 4pm to take your reservations. Alternatively you can book online at www.roomzzz.co.uk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q. What time is check in and check out?

A. Check in time is from 3 PM onwards and checkout is at 11 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is available at/up-to 1 PM for just £10 each. Please inform us if you intend to arrive after 1 AM.

Q. Where can I park?

A. Please check your confirmation email or contact us at reservations@roomzzz.co.uk for further details.

Q. Can I bring my pet?

A. Unfortunately pets are not allowed at any of our aparthotels.

Q. Can I smoke in my apartment?

A. All our aparthotels are strictly non-smoking. This applies to guest apartments, balconies and all public areas within the building. Any apartments smoked in will incur a minimum £100 charge for fumigation and you may be asked to leave the premises.

Q. Are cots available for infants?

A. We have a limited number of travel cots available for infants. Please request this when making your reservation.

Q. Can I make specific requests (e.g. for bath/balcony etc)?

A. You can make special requests at time of booking or by contacting the Central Reservations team. Please note that whilst we try our best to fulfil requests they cannot be guaranteed.

Q. Can I turn up at the hotel on the day without pre-booking?

A. This is subject to availability. Please note that you will require a valid credit or debit card to pay for your reservation. All bookings will require a pre-authorisation of a valid credit card upon arrival (We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Q. Can I pay cash on arrival?

A. You can pay cash only if a valid credit card (Visa credit, Mastercard or American Express) is available for pre-authorisation when you check in. Alternatively payment can be made on arrival by any valid major debit/credit card.

Q. Why has the rate gone up since I checked last time?

A. Our rates increase as the hotel occupancy increases. For our best available rates please book early to avoid disappointment.

Q. How can I apply for a corporate rate with Roomzzz Aparthotel?
