Guest Service Manager - Leeds

Salary: Up to £17,000

We are on the lookout for a dynamic customer focused person to join the team in Leeds. You will be based in Leeds however you may be required to work at other locations subject to business needs. This is an ideal opportunity to grow within the organisation.

We need a hands on person able to deal with day to day issues and to take full responsibility for the delivery of outstanding service to our guests. You will be in constant interaction with guests and will need to be a confident individual able to deal with any guest issues in the appropriate manner. This is a full time position and will require you to work both days and nights and cover holidays as required.
You will be assisting the Hotel Manager in running a smooth operation and be responsible for all Guest Service Assistants.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Overall responsibility of the operations and staffing of all three Leeds Aparthotels.

- Maintaining Brand Standards.

- Dealing with all customer feedback and implementing measures to enhance their experience.

- Responsible for internal accounting functions.

- Share responsibility of achieving monthly revenue budgets.

A minimum of one year's experience in a similar position at a Hotel or an Aparthotel is necessary.
