They upgraded us free of charge from a smart suite to a grande suite upon our arrival, which was a lovely surprise, too!
I’m utterly gobsmacked at the bad review I can see on the side of the page, especially mentioning Paris, a staff member at the hotel; we’ve never had such wonderful customer service! Paris was helpful, accommodating, looked after our luggage as our bus wasn’t until 9 on the night; he was absolutely lovely!
We will be staying again, as soon as possible!
