We’ve undergone a massive six figure investment in order to strengthen our brand, make it easier for our guests to understand our offering and help us further spread the word about aparthotels and we’d like to share the news with you too.
As you may know, we currently operate four luxury aparthotels – a cross between boutique hotels and serviced apartments – and have invested heavily in the company to make them even better for all our guests.
This includes internal improvements such as centralising the booking service and bringing in an experienced new management team who have been working within the hotel industry for over 30 years collectively, with a number of leading brands.
This new investment comes as we prepare to unveil the freshly refurbished Leeds Central aparthotel which will be known as Leeds City West, Leeds 361 will be known as Leeds Headingley.
We’ve had a successful few years, creating four distinctive and luxury aparthotels within four years across two cities – meaning we’ve grown faster in the sector than our bigger rivals. With this new investment we are putting the building blocks into place to allow it to continue to grow even faster. We aim to have 10 hotels within three years. We’ve also increased our team with both new and seasoned hotel professions in order to continue to offer a premium service to our guests.
We’ve had some great feedback from our customers on all aspects of the aparthotels but particularly with regard to the new grab and go breakfasts that offers customers a selection of fresh pastries and fruit to either eat in their rooms or to take with them on departure. This was logical expansion of the pantry system which we already operate – this allows guests to purchase ready made meals, snacks and drinks.
We pride ourselves on keeping to the founding ethos of a ‘luxury home from home’, and welcome customers to stay for any length of time, from a single night to a full year. The blending of a boutique hotel’s style with the convenience and privacy of a serviced apartments means that our apartments can cater for the busy modern businessman – who is forced to work away from home to a family who have come away for a leisurely city-break.
