“Great place to stay, and a bargain!”
Reviewed 17 June 2012
Hi, was going to a party in Leeds Centre and didn’t want to spend a lot on a hotel and found a great rate here. Was really impressed with the room, it was really nicely decorated as well as very clean and it had everthing you would need. It also only cost us £3.50 to get into town which was cheaper than I expected. The grab and go Breakfast was great too!! Definately reccomend.

I stayed here on a couples weekend over from Dublin Ireland for the bank holiday weekend in our early 20’s and we loved it, we requested rooms beside eachother and we got lovely rooms, very spacious, had everything you need, cooker, fridge, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery, everything was imaculatly clean, and the beds were so comfy to sleep in. There are dockin stations beside each bed to plug in an ipod for music, and t.v. The staff wer extremely friendly and helpful. Only 15 minute walk from city centre overall fantastic place we will definitely be returning

This hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the city centre so its really convenient. The staff were all really helpful and friendly, its nice to receive good customer service. We had a grand studio which was spacious and comfortable. If we ever need to stay over in Leeds again we happily book this hotel.
Not far away is the city of Bradford and this weekend sees the celebrations opening City Park a six-acre public space in the heart of the city which contains the largest man-made water feature in any UK city.
City Park’s 4,000sq m mirror pool features more than 100 fountains, including the tallest in any UK city at 30m (100ft), laser light projectors and mist effects. It promises to be an action-packed day which showcases the park and encompasses different parts of the six-acre site, including the mirror pool, Centenary Square, the grass-topped Pavilion building, City Hall and the BBC Big Screen.
I think that’s where I’ll be headed this Saturday! And then kicking back in Roomzzz before heading into Leeds for dinner and a dancing…. perfect…

We stayed over the weekend and I didnt think our Studio Apartment would be very good as we only paid £60ish for the room.
But i was shocked at how good this place was, very bit of the room was to a very high standard.
The beds were amazing!

Good sized rooms with a car park across the road – free overnight – £1.30 for 2 hours if your not away by 7:30 am will cover you. Free grab n go continental style breakfast – half a dozen places to eat or about 15 min walk to the centre of the city. Surprised by the poor review about the customer prevented from arriving late at night with a group of friends – wish more hotels cared enough to stop parties in rooms when I want to sleep – yes HI Newcastle I mean you.
Beds are full king size memory foam with crisp white linens, shower is better than almost any hotel I visit except Aston Darlington. If you’re of a mind to, the rooms come with fridge freezer, cooker hob and microwave and a washing machine /drier. Flat screen TV with full free view channels – free WiFi and free UK calls ! Bit of road noise but not crazy levels

Second time to Manchester this year and this time there was no question were to stay. Our stay at Roomzzz back in May was a success, and so was it this time. We stayed there from monday 21.November until wednesday, traveling from Oslo for the CL game at Old Trafford. We lived at second floor with windows out to the crossroad, but it was very litle noise in the room. Once again we loved the stay, and next time we go to Manchester we wil definitely stay at Roomzzz.
