Our accommodation in Leeds City Centre is a bit hit for a night out!
“1 night stay”
5 of 5 starsReviewed 16 January 2012
Stayed here for one night with a friend in November 2011 as we wanted a night out in Leeds. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was great, it was 15 mins walk to the city centre and 2mins in a taxi which was very cheap! We even got to stay an exta 2 hours in the morning for £10.00 which I thought was ideal with a hangover! Rooms are very modern, spacious, clean and tidy. Could not fault this aparthotel at all! :)

We’ve had some fantastic reviews again this week… for Manchester this time, read them all below:-
Touristman from London stayed with us this month and what a great comment:-
“This is my place in Manchester”
Reviewed 11 October 2011
Stayed in the hotel three times, and believe me this is the best hotel in Manchester. In fact they are the reason I signed with tripadvisor. The staffs are absolutely friendly and helpful. The location is spot on in the heart of the city centre, a walking distance to Piccadilly train station and the city centre. It is the only hotel that you get value for money, spacious stylish rooms, free WI-FI, Apple PC, large flat TV, kitchenette and complimentary breakfast, what do you need more???!!
A big thank you for the hotel staff and their manager

 ”Gorgeous Aparthotel”
5 of 5 starsI stayed here with my husband in Mid October 2011 when we came to Manchester to watch Peter Kay at the M.E.N. Roomzzz aparthotel is in a fantastic location next to Chinatown and has great travel links to the arena with St Peter’s Square Metrolink stop only a couple of minutes walk away.We stayed in the Maxima suite on the 5th floor and the room was gorgeous. It was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The huge bed was so comfortable and the bath was amazing,i filled it with bubbles and enjoyed pampering myself whilst getting ready to go out.
The staff could not have been more helpful if they tried, everyone we came into contact with was friendly and the service that we recieved was outstanding. We will certainly be returning in the future and are already planning our next visit.

There were only two minor things that i would mention, the spiral staircase in the room was VERY noisy, it creaked, squeaked and groaned as soon as you set foot on it so disturbed anyone who was still in bed if you wanted to go downstairs first in the morning or get up in the middle of the night for a glass of water. From a female point of view i really missed having a dressing table. The hairdryer in the bathroom was great but trying to put make up on in the small area around the sink wasn’t very comfortable or practical. In the end we moved the dining table up to to the full length mirror next to the staircase. All a bit of a faff really and something that could be easily rectified with the inclusion of a useable mirror close to the desk used for the iMac,that way the desk could double as a dressing table. This would solve what i found to be the biggest problem with the room.

Another week dawns and it’s review day again!
Dianne H from Nottingham stayed in Leeds City:-
5 of 5 starsReviewed 11 September 2011
booked a studio , got the top floor with a balcony, room was clean bright and very modern. the room had i-pod dock, tv and computer, bathroom had a fab shower and the large mirror in there was heated so it didn’t steam up, kitchen has everything you would need. Did not have the grab and go breakfast but did use the free coffee machine in the reception a lot, this place is a short taxi ride from the coach station and cost us only 4 pounds, the train station is even closer, all the bars, clubs and restaurants are 2 minutes round the corner. This is a fab place at fab prices, would recommend to anyone, just booked Roomzzz at Manchester for october, give this place a try , you will love it …
Sarah from Leeds booked family in for a visit:-
5 of 5 starsReviewed 6 September 2011
I booked this hotel for my father who came up from the midlands. We were both extremely impressed with his apartment and we both agreed that Roomzzz is a good find and offered more flexibility than hotels which he has stayed in previously.
The staff were friendly and there is a nice relaxed atmosphere, I am sure we will be back in the future.

If I won the Friday Favourites competition and had a FREE night to spend in Manchester I would check out the Manchester Food & Drink Festival programme and choose something delicious to attend!

The 14th Manchester Food & Drink Festival takes place on Albert Square and across the region from 7th – 17th October 2011. I think I’ll definitely have to check out the Chocolate Festival on the 15th and 16th in Cathedral Square! Featuring the world’s first ever bean-to-bar chocolate factory, talks, displays & workshops; a chance to meet cocoa growers and sample a big yummy chocolate market!

There are lots of delicious events around the city and events are being announced all the time… check out www.foodanddrinkfestival.com for more details… you can also vote for your favourite bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the Awards!

PS Don’t forget that even if you don’t win the FREE night – our Royalty Club Members get discount all year round! It’s free to join and you get a minimum 10% discount…
