We stayed over the weekend and I didn’t think our Studio Apartment would be very good as we only paid £60ish for the room.

But I was shocked at how good this place was, very bit of the room was to a very high standard.

Am loving our Facebook Friends this week…. we launched our Friday Favourites competition and the lovely comments rolled in… and then the banter started – brilliant!

Carol Richardson – i would make sure i got some romance back in my life and spend quality time with my hubby whos bday it is on monday that would be a nice little extra and a kids free zone . x

Lorna Craven – It would kick start a great weekend in Leeds after working two 6 day weeks in a row. Live bands at the Adelphi all weekend and Jimmy Carr at the Town Hall. Some friends stayed in Manchester the other weekend and had a fab time, and I would like to share that experience.

Rebecca Lumb – ooo…..My friends wedding party on the Saturday so I would have a pampering evening in one of your lovely rooms and spend the morning getting ready at my leisure!!… :o )

Rob Cox – I’d love a well deserved night away with my partner away from all the hustle and bustle of home. A nice meal and a wonderful nights sleep would be amwazing :)

Princess Jennifer Wilson Dixon – We stayed at Roomzzz Leeds last month for the first time & been raving about it to all our friends, infect we gonna book a few apts for my friends hen do feb next year!!

2 options :

1 take my husband for a romantic champagne & strawberries on… the balcony, chilled in our very own fridge followed by a night out in the cosmo bar next door & night cap in our own home from home.

Option 2 take the girls away for a day shopping in leeds sex & the city style then have a girls night in watching tv & listening to music on the idock. With plenty of drinks in the fridge catching up on loads of gossip & facials, nails etc then ring for a takeaway to finish the night off… A proper grown up pj party!!!!!

Both options would be my idea of a heavenly weekend :-)

What a week so far!

The competition is hotting up for our Friday Favourites… Last week we announced that because we like Fridays… and because we know that you all love spending time in luxury hotels in Manchester and Leeds – namely Roomzzz Aparthotel we decided to give you the chance to tell us what exactly what are you favourites things about staying in the City central, luxury and boutique comfort of Roomzzz. Manchester and Leeds may seem a million miles away from Manhattan and LA, but appearances can be deceiving. As we’ve discovered, our Roomzzz are regularly housing stars from the region and beyond.

Our unique approach to accommodation has already caught the eye of major sporting figures, no doubt in part thanks to our opulent Suites reminding them of their own exclusive pads. Our Manchester City site has welcomed world class snooker talent to town, though the appeal seems to be too much even for locals to resist, as reservations from members of both City and United’s entourage have shown.

Down the M62 and over the Pennines, Leeds pulls in visitors by the thousands each week. Until recently it was the UK’s favourite city, and the fastest growing metropolis in Europe. It’s big on shopping and bigger on nightlife, but that’s only half the story.
