“Great place to stay, and a bargain!”

Hi, was going to a party in Leeds Centre and didn’t want to spend a lot on a hotel and found a great rate here. Was really impressed with the room, it was really nicely decorated as well as very clean and it had everthing you would need. It also only cost us £3.50 to get into town which was cheaper than I expected. The grab and go Breakfast was great too!! Definately reccomend.

I stayed here on a couples weekend over from Dublin Ireland for the bank holiday weekend in our early 20’s and we loved it, we requested rooms beside eachother and we got lovely rooms, very spacious, had everything you need, cooker, fridge, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery, everything was imaculatly clean, and the beds were so comfy to sleep in. There are dockin stations beside each bed to plug in an ipod for music, and t.v. The staff wer extremely friendly and helpful. Only 15 minute walk from city centre overall fantastic place we will definitely be returning

This hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the city centre so its really convenient. The staff were all really helpful and friendly, its nice to receive good customer service. We had a grand studio which was spacious and comfortable. If we ever need to stay over in Leeds again we happily book this hotel.

“My only choice for Manchester”
Reviewed 9 June 2012
Our first visit to Manchester and we booked Roomz based on tripadvisors’ reviews. One of the best decisions we made for this trip. The location was wonderful and the room/apartment was modern, well equipped and superbly comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights in a very nice room on the fourth floor and upon chatting with the wonderful Joanna at reception, we asked that upon our return in about 8 days time (we were taking a car and doing some travelling to lake District, etc) whether she could allocate us a bigger apartment in terms of floor space as we would be doing our packing for our departure. She took time to understand our needs and promised to do whatever she could.
When we returned for our second leg stay 8 days later and although she was on leave, she had left word that we be allocated another room (also on the fourth floor as we requested) and this turned out to be exactly what we wanted. All the rooms in the hotel are of different sizes and configurations but based on both of the rooms we had, they are of excellent standard. We had absolutely no problems with noise. The staff (including Joanna) were all friendly and helpful. The grab and go breakfast was good – pastries were of excellent standard and the coffee machine was good enough (not starbucks quality but hey .. its complimentary throughout the day) and there was a huge selection of different teas.
This on top of being what I considered a very reasonable rate – I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody and certainly, this will be my only choice when I visit Manchester next.
Newcastle United Football Club (NUFC) was founded in 1892, by the merger of Newcastle East End and Newcastle West End, and has played at its current home ground, St James’ Park, since, the ground has a capacity of 52,387. The club has been a member of the Premier League for all but two years of the competition’s history, and never dropped below the English football’s second tier, since joining the Football League in 1893.
They have won four League Championship titles and six FA Cups, as well as the 1969 Inter-Cities Fairs Cup and the 2006 UEFA Intertoto Cup. Newcastle United has the eighth highest total of major honours won by an English club.
They have a fierce local rivalry with Sunderland, and the two clubs have engaged in the Tyne–Wear derby since 1898. The club’s traditional kit colours are black and white striped shirts, black shorts and black socks. Their traditional crest takes elements of the city coat of arms which features two seahorses.
