So instead of standard hotels rooms, the accommodation is actually apartments with their own kitchen etc???
If so then bring on the ApartHotel as I for one am sick of living out of a hotel room while in Leeds for work.

What a great idea, love the concept of this, i'm with anonymous, I travel around doing portable appliance testing in hotels and most of the time I end up staying in them if there is other work in the area, I wish you every success guys
